The goal of Successful Real Estate Investor is to help new and experienced real estate investors not just avoid mistakes but to flourish. Our experienced is deemed from the St. Louis Metropolitan area. We have gained the most knowledge not only by doing it full time but also from mentors and successful investors that have shared experiences with us. Buying foreclosures and distressed property,short sales, rentals, rehabs, and flips will be our focus. We will also spend time on fixes and marketing.
